Paulysses Mvtant is so good he inspired me to return to music. This is a deeply layered industrial soundscape, with influences from classic bands in the genre, and films like Hardware. I can well imagine Joseph scoring the cult classics of the future. Don't miss out on this gem. Favorite track: Touch.

wahrearbeitwahrerlohn Front to back, this is a jaw dropping effort. Completely engaging and vital.

Music like this can only come out of an artist's deep love and careful attention to what a particular genre can do best. Plenty of great stuff here - Touch and Mirrorshade are good examples. But the second section of Everything Became Corporeal makes me feel like I did in my early teens, listening to 80s EBM or post-industrial dance for the first time. Favorite track: Everything Became Corporeal.

IN 2019 MVTANTS first two EP's, Gore and Mirrorshade, were released by Austin Texas cassette tape label Somatic. MVTANT has now teamed up with Dream Recordings of San Diego California to reissue a remixed and remastered edition of Gore + Mirrorshade on vinyl, in addition to curating a collection of remixes which will be released digitally for the first time alongside the reissue.

Available in limited editions of "bruised purple" and "mutant green" vinyl.

Out April 16 2021. This is a preorder.
